TLS 2023: February 17-18

The Twenty Second Meeting of the Texas Linguistics Society will take place February 17-18, 2023. The conference will be hosted in person at the University of Texas at Austin Glickman Conference Center.

While we invite submissions from all subfields of linguistics, this year's theme will be archives. A special session will focus on ethical data collection, storage, and access.

 

Call For Papers

The organizers invite papers from all sub-fields of linguistics. There will be a special session focusing on ethical data collection, storage, and access.

Presentations will be 20 minutes in length, with 10 minutes for questions/discussion. There will also be a poster session.

Abstract guidelines:

Length: 500 words maximum, excluding examples and references.

Format: Include the paper or poster title and the text of the abstract. The abstract should not include the author’s name, affiliation, or other identifying information. All abstracts will be reviewed anonymously.

Deadline for submission: November 18 November 28, 2022

Notification: December 16, 2022
